Remove docs from work menu on power book

Need help with work menu in Office 2004. Can't remove documents.
Tried right command, tried turning off zoom in universal access, could
not find command in customize keyboard to do a new keyboard shortcut.
working on a powerbook. Any help?

You could have found the Command to assign a new keyboard shortcut if
you chose Tools/Customize/Customize Keyboard, then entered

CMD-OPT-<minus>

in the "Press new shortcut key" field of any command. The dialog then
would have told you that the key combination was "Currently assigned
to:"

ToolsCustomizeRemoveMenuShortcut

If you can't enter CMD-OPT-<minus> in that field, it means you didn't
turn off zoom. See the URI above for instructions.
