remove drawing canvas to make picture

I have a picture in a document that was given to me that when clicked on
shows the thin black border around it like a normal picture, but when I right
click it there is an "edit picture" that turns it into a drawing canvis with
lots of text boxes that I'm able to edit. How do I get it back to a
"picture" and not a drawing canvas anymore?

That way you can't simply click on it and edit the text boxes in the picture.

I have this issue too and your question is the only one I've been able to
find on the net. Could someone please answer it and put this question to
rest forever!?
