Remove duplicate mail in Outlook 2003

Is there a way or add-on that removes duplicate mails in Outlook 2003 (or
Outlook Express)?

I selected Outlook 2003 to import a SPECIFIC folder from Outlook Express and
it decided to import the lot. I realised what it was doing after I had been
away from the computer, but it was too late, tsch.

there are some addins at slipstick.com but since you apparently imported
using outlook, I would suggest adding the modified date field to the view
and sort by it. Delete all the imported messages and start over - exporting
from OE instead.
