Remove groove from registry

My old account ifo is still stored in registry or somewhere. I removed my
account from machine uninstalled groove deleted the directories an then did a
reinstall to put in new account info an i still remembers the old account
info. Help

Raymond,

I'd suggest running GrooveClean.exe, which if it is Groove 2007 you can
find in:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\

This should clean up things. once you run this, ensure you reboot the
machine before trying anything again though.

Grooveclean is the right approach, but if you run it without options, it
won't delete account data. You'll need to run it with the "-all" option. Here
are instructions (by version) and cautions:

After the cleansing of Groove (with GrooveClean), consider cleaning with
utilties like 'CCleanrer' and 'RegSeeker'.

Is there any point in that when he's reinstalling and creating a new
account? He's not mentioning an error, so I suspect he just didn't realize
that he needed to restart Groove to complete the account deletion.
