Remove Hidden Data problem

I have a client that every time she starts up Word get's the following error:

"An error occurred while trying to install Remove Hidden Data Tool. Try
reinstalling."

I have re-installed the Remove hidden data tool several times, done a full
re-install of office 2003 pro, all to no avail. Every time, without fail, it
coughs out that error. Any additional suggestions?

Hello,

I am having the same issue here. We recently migrated users from NT to XP
and from Office 97 to Office 2003. Ever since then I have many users who are
getting this error message. Some have spreadsheets that lost their minds
during the migration and moved data around. I too have
uninstalled/reinstalled both the tool and Office itself, to no avail. Hoping
a solutions to this is available.
