Remove Hidden Data - problem

Hello,
I install Remove Hidden Data add-in (from:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...ED-D43E-42CA-BC7B-5446D34E5360&displaylang=en )
, but when I try to use it I recived "This file contain protection data"...
and I can't delete hidden data from this file, because application just
terminate deleting hidden data process. File is not password protected.
User who is owner of this fille tols me that there is no any protected data
in this file. How can I analyze if there is any protected data ?
Do you recommand any tool for that?
