remove hidden data tool

I keep getting the message "remove hidden data tool, try reinstalling Outlook"
I have reinstalled it more than once and I still get the same message

An error occured while trying to launch the Remove Hidden Data Tool.Try
reinstalling.

Nice trybut no luck.
I reinstalled it and I still get the same message. I did what I read on the
security tabs and still the same.
Thanks anyway
