Remove Hidden Data Tool

A question and answer if you please. Starting just recently, for no reason
that I can forsee, I made no changes this is what baffles me. Whenever I open
Word 2003 I get an error message that states: Cannot load Remove Hidden Data
Tool, try reinstalling. Both forms of reinstalling does not work. The add-in
is in add/remove programs in control panel. I cannot find services dialog box
in Office online task pane under Task pane options/service dialog box. Anyone
ever experience this or have a fix?
