Remove Hidden Data Tool

Hi

Just installed this tool in Office 2003 (running XP Home). Each time I
launch Word I get this error: Failed to Launch Remove Hidden Data Tool.
Please Reinstall'.

I've repaired and reinstalled but the error is still there.

Any ideas?
