Remove Hidden Data Tool

I'm receiving this error message when I start Word 2003. "An error occured
trying to launch the Remove Hidden Date Tool. Try reinstalling."

I did an reinstall. This didn't solve the problem. I then, uninstalled the
Remove Hidden Data Tool version 1.1, re-booted the PC and installed the
Remove Hidden Data Tool. This didn't solve the problem. I tehn did an
repair of the tool, it didn't solve the problem.

The PC is executing Windows XP Pro w/ SP2 and Office 2003 Pro w/ SP1.

How do I resolve?
