Remove intitials

I have Office 2003.
I use comments feature in WORD but each time I do I have
my initial followed by the number of the comment on the
page.
I dont want to see the initial or number at all.

However I still need to see that a comment has been made
by placing the cursor over the comment area.

Is this possible? I cant remove the initial.
