Remove licensing info

Hi Folks.

I'm having trouble removing licensing info. on MS Office 2004 for Mac.

Here's what I'm doing:
Quit MS programs
Disconnect internet
Load Remove Office Tool
Hold OPTION key & click "Remove licensing Info only"
Click Remove
Wait...(pinwheel)
Quit Remove Office

This has worked in the past, but this time, when I reload a MS Office
program, licenseing info. hasn't been removed & I am not given option to
re-enter it.

Any tips, ideas, suggestions?

Is there a way I can remove this file manually?

Try again logged on as the Administrator.

Chances are your copy was installed from a different user account, and the
Remove Office can't get at it (or can't find it...)

Also: Remove Office will only hook it out if it's on the boot drive, I
believe.
