Remove lines from within Table based on criteria (Picture Attached

B

Briza

Best way to explain it is to see a picture I uploaded of the problem here:

http://www.members.optusnet.com.au/quarman1/kids.JPG

What I want to do is remove lines 2,3 & 4 in the table (which fields show as
NA) if dependents = 1.
Same goes if dependents = 2; removal of lines 3 & 4 from the table..and so
on for 3 & 4 dependents

Hope I've explained myself well and can get an informative response.
Thanks in advance.

I am unable to get your web page to load, so cannot be one hundred percent
sure what you are wanting to do, but it sounds like you are probably trying
to perform a "multiple items per condition (=key field)" mailmerge which
Word does not really have the ability to do:

See the "Group Multiple items for a single condition" item on fellow MVP
Cindy Meister's website at
http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister/mergfaq1.htm#DBPic

Or take a look at the following Knowledge Base Article
