remove lowest 2 values in a row?

I need to write a forumla to drop the lowest 2 quiz grades...
How do I remove the lowest 2 values in a row and then average the rest?

Suppose you have values from A1 to J1

=(SUM(A1:J1)-SMALL(A1:J1,1)-SMALL(A1:J1,2))/(COUNT(A1:J1)-2)
