Remove ms office from one computer and install into another one

I'm repacing my computer. I plan to remove all MS appliactions, Office,
FrontPage, Outlook etc from the old one and then re-install on the new
computer. I assume this is OK, to re-install the OEM software? I will only
operate with one installation, what happens when I re-register the programs
with MS?

Please advise.

OEM software license expires with the Original PC. It may not be
transferred or moved to a different PC. You may not re-register it with
MS, so nothing happens.

Nope - OEM software is tied for ever to the first machine you install it
on...

You won't be able to activate....
