Remove names from sign in window in windows messenger?

I don't have administrator access on this computer - hence I don't have
access to User Groups from Control Panel.

I thought I will install MSN messenger and then remove the names from the
sign in window. But I can't install MSN messenger since I dont have
administrator access.

I am stuck. Any help will be highly appreciative.
