remove or change user info form comments

I have a manuscript from one author which was reviewed by an independent
reviewer. The reviewer entered comments which now display the reviewers
user info (ie name) when the mouse cursor is positioned over the comment.
Is there a way that I can remove or change the user info that is
displayed; can the reviewer who inserted the comments?
