Remove Outlook search for deleted (and previously linked) .dll file in SalesLogix

My Outlook 2000 was previously linked to a SFA product, Sales Logix, in order to update the SLX contact records with e-mails, etc. I've removed SLX, but on opening Outlook it continues to look for a now deleted file, "C:\Program Files\Saleslogix\SLMN.Dll" How do I disable this search?
