Remove pictures from a downloaded template in Powerpoint

How do you remove pictures from a downloaded template in Powerpoint? I like
the background colors and font colors, just want to remove the pictures from
the Trust Design Template in the Business category.

Those images have been imported as a background image. Go to View | Slide
Master. Select a layout, right-click, and choose Format Background. Select
Picture and click the File button. Choose a different background image.

You'll of course need to make an entire new slide background. The small
pictures cannot be changed individually.

You might want to just put your own pictures on top of the existing pictures
on the slide master and any individual slide layouts that don't pick up your
images from the slide master.
