Remove Project Center side menu items???

Is there a way to remove all the collaboration side menu items from the
Project Center?:

Collaboration:
Track project risks
Track project issues
Manage project documents
Go to selected project workspace


I have those FUNCTIONS turned off via the system configuration
(features), but the menu items still show up. When selected, "You are
not authorized..." or "Sharepoint not setup, etc." are displayed.
Funny that the other menu items don't show up when turned off.

Go to Admin, Server Configuration and DENY DENY DENY all those items. Of
course that means no one, including the Administrator can get to them (which
in your case is what you want, I think).

And of course, flush you Internet Explorer cache because these items are
persistent.

As I said in my post above, I've already done that. The following are
already set to "Deny"

Collaboration
-----------------
View Documents
View Risks
View Issues

Views
--------
View Risks, Issues, and Documents

Its strange to me that the "Collaboration" menu items still show up.

Any help with this will be appreciated.
