Remove "Read-Only"

Hi. I created a Microsoft Access database on one
computer. I burned a copy of this onto a CD and copied it
onto the hard drive of another computer. For some reason,
it copied as "read-only." It wont let me 'save as'
another file name and remove the read-only status. How
can I remove the 'read-only' from this file and have
access to my access file? Thanks!
