Remove/Reset/Disable Outlook 2003 sp2 Stationery and Signatures.

I'm buying a corporate wide disclaimer/signature software.

I need to clean out the existing settings for all users who use both
stationery and signatures.

I'm using outlook2003 sp2, I've added in the office sp2 resource kit
office11.adm, but it doesn't seem to contain : (maybe the link I used
was outdated?)

"disable signatures for new messages" and
"disable signatures for replies and forwards".

so
how do I clean out stationery and signatures?.. I don't need to disable
them, just need to set them to blank.

Create your own .adm file to assist in deploying the NewSignature and ReplySignature string values in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Common\MailSettings key. Set both values to blank to disable user access to signatures.

For stationery, there are several steps you need to take:

1) Create a NewStationery value in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Common\MailSettings key and leave it blank to prevent users from choosing any default stationery. Again, you can put that in your own .adm file if you want to add that to the group policy editor.

2) Use the group policy editor to disable certain toolbar commands in both Outlook and Word:
