Remove reviewing tabs from a word file

Dears,

I used a word template prepared by someone else to write a report and when i
made changes to the template that is writting my report i found the reviewing
tabs in the the page tracking the changes that have been made to the file. it
is waste of time to do it one by one and accept every change in the file so i
want to save it as a final file so that the changes won't be displayed to
recepients who i am going to send the file

In Word2003, the Reviewing toolbar has little drop-down triangles next
to the check and X for accepting or rejecting each change. Click the
triangle and you get options like "Accept all changes in document" or
"Reject all changes." But once you've chosen those, your changes are
included/deleted from your file forever and you can't undo them/
retrieve them.

The Reviewing toolbar also has a dropdown list called "Show," where
you can choose to view the Original text, the Final text (after all
the changes are made), or different kinds of changes that you've made.
(These options are also available in the View menu.) When you use
these options, your changes remain in the document and you can see
them, and accept them or reject them individually.

When you print your document, you get whichever "Show" option you've
chosen. (But in my printer dialog, there's an option to print
"Document Showing Markup," which sometimes seems to override the "Show
Final" line, even if it's not chosen in the printer dialog. This can
be cured by closing and reopening the document, or by quitting and
reopening Word.)

If you're sending a Word file to your recipients, and it still has the
changes in it but hidden by "Show Final," they can use the "Show" menu
and see the changes. If you send them a pdf, only the Final version
appears, but the changes aren't available for them to see. (You can
also make a pdf with all the changes showing, of course.)

If this is Word 2007, click the Review tab on the ribbon. Click Accept, and
then click Accept All Changes in Document. Then click Track Changes, and
click the Track Changes command to turn off the tracking. Now you can send
the file, and the recipients won't be able to see the edits.
