Remove "sent by" in a reply email in Outlook 2003

Hi, I'm using Outlook 2003, with Exchange 2003. The problem is I've set up a
user called Info, i get email into that account and then forwarded onto
another user account. The user account has send on behalf and Editor
permissions to the Info account. When i want to reply to an email that has
come to Info, i use the SENT FROM Tab to select the Info user. Problem is
when the user receives the email, there is SENT BY field, displaying the
senders email address also.

Does anyone knowe how to hide or remove this SENT BY field, as i don't want
to show the users email address.

Thanks in advance.

Mac.

The administrator must grant the sender the Send As permission on the mailbox that is used for the From address.

Thank you Sue,

Though you clearly didn't read what i had said. I have already granted the
"Send on Behalf of" on the Info account to my user, The user in question can
send mail sucessfully, and FROM Info. The problem is when the email is
received, it clearly says it is from INFO, but also, there is a line that
states "SENT BY" this gives the real senders email address as well. It is
this field "SENT BY" that i require hiding or removing.

Thanks

Did I say anything about Send On Behalf Of permission? No, I didn't. I said that the administrator (not the end user) needs to grant Send As permission, which should provide the result you seek.

In the user's record in Active Directory Users and Computers, on the Security tab.
