Remove shortcut link from File, Open in Outlook 2000

Looking for assistance on how to remove a shortcut link from File, Open.
It's pointing to a calendar of a user whose account no longer exists. I
would like to keep the other shortcut links in the list; however these can
always be recreated and it's not a big deal to lose them. I saw an earlier
posting on how to do this in 2003, but not sure for 2000.
