I would like to remove all stationery but the ones I use but the "remove"
button is grayed out in the menu. How do I remove unwanted stationery?

Stationery can be found in %AppData%\Microsoft\Stationery and in
%CommonProgramFiles%\Microsoft Shared\Stationery. Delete the files.you find
there.

Thank you for the response. But this does not find the stationery which is
listed in Outlook. I am using MS Office 2003, if that makes a difference.
Also, I did try to delete all the files in the second folder you mentioned
but got a message that I did not have permission to delete them. My OS is
Vista Home Premium SP2.

I use Outlook 2003 as well and that's exactly where I found the stationery.

I have found some stationery in those locations, too. But they are not the
ones listed in the Outlook program. In Out look there is Currency, Jungle,
Marbled Desk, Notebook, etc. But those are not listed in the folders. Should
I be looking for something else?

So, search your hard drive for, say, "Marbled Desk".

Again, been there, done that.

There is absolutely no way you can see stationery in Outlook if it's not on
your PC. You're missing it somehow.
