Remove Team Assignment

In testing the features to create a team and assign tasks to a team - I made
one of my test server users a team lead and another a member of the team.
Now I want to clean up the test system and remove the Team Assignment from
these users but it looks like once you assign someone to a team - there is no
removing this information. (this is on the User record under Team Details)

Please let me know if that is true

I was able to do this myself by modifying the resource in the Resource Center
under the option to Open the resource in Project Professional. By adding the
Team Assignment and Team Name columns - I could delete any information
entered in test,
