Remove the accented border that occurs when hovering over textboxes

Hello all,

You know when you hover your mouse over a textbox or text area that you
get that accented border and then when you click inside the textbox to
type the border turns blue and stuff. Well, what I'm wondering, is how
you get rid of that?

Sorry, but this is part of InfoPath's UI to let the users know what can be
edited, and cannot be removed.
