When I send out an invitation to a meeting and the person accepts, the system
places the meeting and THE FILE PATH on the calendar. For example, on the
very bottom of the invite it says "In Shared folder" (shows a calendar pic
and then has the file path of "WIKNI Conf room and class room" ) When the
person accepts the meeting, the appointment goes on the calendar, but adds
that file path to the information. So when one sees a mtg scheduled on their
calendar, it may say Team Mtg Hospital conference room (which is fine) but it
adds the "WIKNI Conf room and class room" which confuses everyone. Any help
appreciated!
