Remove the .pst backup utility?

I have a user who was a member of a domain and they had the pfbackup utility
installed and running. Their network crashed and needed the DC to be
rebuilt. Now that there's a new DC and the user has a new account on their
XP Pro machine, when you try to un-install the .pst backup utility from the
Add/Remove, it's not there.

Help!
