Remove the table but keep the Text

Does anyone know if there is a way to remove a table format but keep the text?

Simple. Click inside the table. Hit Table-Select-Table. Hit Table-Convert
table to text.

Click somewhere in the table, click on Table | Select Table, then click on
Table | Convert | Table to Text.
