Remove the warning of outlook on mail merge letters

How can I remove the warning of outlook on each outlook to Word mail merged
letter, when outlook is about to send the email? It is delaying the sending
of mass mails.

Look on the Help | About Microsoft Word dialog in Word and tell us what build number you have. We'll also need to know what format you're using for the merge emails -- HTML, plain text, or attachment.

Dear Sue,

if you mean my ID No. : 73931-640-9831842-57531

I send attachments and HTML messages. Adding 2 other questions.
1. Is it possible in mail merge to send a message text as well? Or is it
only possible to send the merged attachment without text?
2. The other way round, could an attachment (unmerged) be added to merged
HTML messages?

Thanks in advance

No, I mean the build number of Outlook, e.g. 11.6359.6408.

Not with Office mail merge. Yes, with third-party tools; see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail.htm#massmail.
Or is it
only possible to send the merged attachment without text?

Yes, that's an option in the mail merge wizard.
2. The other way round, could an attachment (unmerged) be added to merged
HTML messages?

Not without writing custom code.

Dear Sue,

this is my build number I guess: 11.5608.5606.
Thanks for the other replies.
I would be really happy if there is a way to switch of the warning, when
sending attachments as mail merge documents, since I am sending large numbers
and it cots a lot of time to always click it away.

Kind regards Carola Beckley

To avoid the security prompt when merging, you'd need to choose HTML as the mail merge format, not attachment.
