Remove User / Email from Appearing in Outlook To: Field

Hello, I'm using Exchange2K3 and Outllok2K3.

A deleted User account / e-mail still appears whenever I type the first few
characters of the deleted users name in the To: field in Outlook. How do I
remove that even though that user is no longer in the system?
