remove user identity outlook express

I had a roommate that no longer lives here. However, I
don't seem to be able to remove their 'user identity' in
outlook express without their password. The account no
longer exists and I don't know how to reach this person.
I am the 'main identity' in outlook express. Does anyone
know how to remove a user identity w/o their password?
