Remove Watermark

I created a Text watermark in a document for printing purposes but now
need to remove it. Word Help says to simply go back to Insert,
Watermark, and click No Watermark. This sounds like a fine idea but
it does not work on one of my documents. I successfully removed the
watermark from other documents, but not from one of them. Any ideas?

Hi Phillip,

Go to View> Headers & Footers to bring the watermark to the front layer of
the document. You should now be able to select and delete it.
