removed add-in

When I launch Outlook, the message "add-in
C:\PROGRA~1\Hotbar\bin~1.0\SBOExt.dll could not be installed or loaded
apperas" The Hotbar program has been removed. I have looked in the add-in
manager and the program is not listed and I have removed all refernece to
Hotbar in the Regustry. There is obviously something in Outlook which is
still looking for the add-in.

I would appreciate anyone's help in removing this message.

Removing the message isn't really the point - the issue is more, removing
Hotbar shards so Outlook doesn't report an error.
Maybe see http://www.pchell.com/support/hotbar.shtml?

Do you see anything here in Outlook: Tools menu > Options > Other tab >
Advanced Options > COM Add-ins or Add-in Manager
