Removing a macro

I have a big complicated Excel document.

I created a macro to make a change, but now I need to delete this macro so that
it is no longer in the document, and nobody gets asked if they want to enable
macros.

How do I do this?

It finally let me delete my macro. But I have something else I need to clean
up.

When I start this Excel document, it tells me I have automatic links with
another spread sheet and wants to know if I want to update this workbook with
changes made in the other workbook. If I say yes, it tries to read a document
with the name of one of my pages of this document.

So somewhere I must have typed in that page so that it looks like a document.
But I'm not finding it. Is there a way to locate this?
