Removing a program Ad-In from Outlook 2007

Last week I installed Outlook 2007 on my computer. It picked up all my
settings from Outlook Express. One of those was an anti-spam program titled
Mailfrontier. I know from experience that it can cause problems, and since
the spam filter is so good on Outlook 2007, I want to get rid of
Mailfrontier. I have uninstalled it on my computer, deleted the two junk
email folders that it automatically places in my Personal Folders, and have
unchecked the toolbar for it, but every time I restart Outlook 2007, they're
back, even though the program has been removed from my computer. It's likely
not a big deal, but it does take some of my junk mail and put it in the
MailFrontier Junk folders as well as the Outlook Junk E-Mail folder. I'd like
to clean this up. How can I permanently get rid of the settings that cause
these folders and toolbar to reappear each time Outlook 2007 loads?

The file named outcmd.dat tracks toolbar changes in Outlook. It is safe to
delete this file when Outlook is closed. Assuming your operating system is
Vista, then you will find it at
C:\USERS\<USERID>\APPDATA\ROAMING\MICROSOFT\OUTLOOK

If it shows up after the next restart, the next step is to see if it is
still loading somehow as an add-in.

The file's in %AppData%\Microsoft\Office. Put this path into Windows
Explorer's Address field and click Go.
