Removing a shortcut from Picture Manager

Hi, I asked this question a few days ago but it got zero replies. I really
need help figuring this out as I really need to remove an inappropriate
shortcut from Picture Manager. Here is my question:
How do I remove a Picture Shortcut from the Shortcuts Panel in MS Office
Picture Manager? I am instructed to right click on the shortcut I wish to
remove and choose the "Remove Shortcut" option. This option does not exist.
I searched for and found someone asking the exact same question here a year
ago and it was answered by Bob Buckland who said "The list of folders that
Office 2003 Picture Manager manages is in a plain text, XML formatted file on
your PC OISCatalog.cag. With Picture Manager closed make a backup of the
..CAG file, open the original in Windows Notepad and remove the lines/folders
no longer to be used."
However, I am unable to find my PC OISCatalog.cag. I have poked around in
several folders and also used the search option but can't find it.
Please help me as I must remove a picture shortcut.
Thanks,
Heidi Love

Did you include Hidden and System files in your search? Also in Folder
Options elect to Show Hidden and System files and folders

Hi Bob, thanks for the reply. What folder do I look in to find the
OISCatalog.cag?

oh and yes, I did include the hidden folders. I also chose to have folders
show hidden files and I've looked everywhere but can't find anything even
remotely entitled OISCatalog.cag.
There must be a way I can remove this short cut.
Help!

Depends on the your PC configuration
Starting in C:\Documents and Settings will avoid searching must of the
C:\ drive.
