removing actual work values in Resource view

A

Alma Luera

if we make a mistake and post actual work values in the
Resource USage view, and we wantto correct them, MS
Project does not appear to allows us to clear the cells,
it only allows us to input "0hrs". With "0 hrs" in the
cell, our actual cost is correctly calculated, but since
the "actual work" is also posted in "work" and we cannot
clear these cells, the schedule is then effected, and we
cannot appear to change it.

Does anyone know a solution?

Hi,

This only happens when you put to zero the actual work in some of the
periods. When you put actual work to zero in all periods, averything reverts
to empty and actual start reverts to NA.

So how or where does this affect the schedule?
