removing Americanized spelling from dictionaries in Word and One N

Is there a way to remove words from the dictionary as well as add them in
programs such as MS Word and One Note? Americanized spelling causes issues,
especially with programs that have the facility to automatically amend how a
word is typed.

Can you just open a file and chop out those words that are incorrectly
spelled?

Australian examples include:

-organisation vs organization
-utilised vs utilized etc

language.
