I receive many emails that contain attachments to include signature gifs, jpgs, pdf's, word, excel in all sizes every day.
once or twice a month i go through the emails and proceed to delete the attachments, only keeping the email content.
have sub-folders and within each folder i will sort by attachment, select those items, and then go to "Message", and then "Remove all attachments".
75% of the time they delete with no problem. the other 25%, i will get this weird tile effect all over my computer of the email content like it exploded on my screen. Once i drag my mouse over it, it will go away.
What might be causing this scramble effect?
I have a picture of what it looks like, should you need to see it.
Any ideas? this happened with my other computer as well, with Entourage 2004.
