Removing Blank Cell

highlight your selected range that you want to remove
blank cells in.
Hit F5 which is the Goto Command
Hit Special
Click on Blanks
*This will highlight all your blank cells within your
selected range*
Then go into your edit menu and choose delete.

Vwallaa! They're gone
