I have read all the posts regarding this problem, I have used the Windows
Install Clean Up program, I have changed the number in
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins and changed the number, then
deleted the folder. Business Contact Manager is no longer in Add/Remove
Programs but everytime I open Outlook it fatal error occurs with Business
Contact Manager and shuts down the program.

Shut down Outlook
Start -> Control Panel -> Mail
If you do not see that icon, look for it under User Accounts
Now click Data Files
Now remove the entry that is related to Business Contact Manager
Use the OK buttons to close out of the applet
When you start Outlook, BCM should be gone.
