Removing Compuserve causes registry error.

I am trying to remove two compuserv email accounts from Outlook. But when I
do I get the following error, and Outlook will no longer send and recieve or
allow accsess to email counts. "The operation failed due to registry or
installation problem. Restart Oulook and try again. If the problem persists,
please reinstall." I tried all the above options, nothing has worked.
