removing contacts

in our small group, we have had to remove some contacts, and basically
reinstall users, as we had synching issues. Problem is we still have the old
IDs sitting in our contact managers. How does one remove the ones that are
not used anymore (not in any workspaces)? Cannot have the actual contact
him/herself remove, because the account is wiped out at this point. What to
do?

In the Launchbar - click on the 'Contacts' tab.
Right-click on the contact entry of your choice which would pop-up more
options of which 'delete (del)' is one of them. To know which workspaces -
you can look at the properties of the contact and under 'workspaces' tab, it
would list the workspaces the contact is a member of.

Hi BorisS,

In the contact manager (menu: options/contact manager) you can select
the Groove users to "hide". You cannot really delete users as Groove
considers the users as "known users".

Each user will need to do this on his own PC.
