Removing / Deleting users access to EPM

I cannot delete users from having access to the server once they have
changed jobs.

To set up the user. I go to the resource Centre, Edit Details and tick
the Resource can log onto project server box, then insert details.

Once they no longer need access I CANT just untick the box that gave
them access.

Any Advice welcome please,

Note - They still work for the company so therefore need to be used as
a resource in other plans but they dont need access to Server.

Martin --

Have you tried removing the users in question from all security Groups in
PWA? Doing so would effectively prevent them from accessing PWA, but would
leave them in the Enterprise Resource Pool and continue to make them
available for project work. Hope this helps.
