Removing duplicate emails in Outlook 2007?

I have just moved from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007.
I had hoped to find that with the more modern version that it would no
longer be necessary to rely on 3rd party Add-ins, (with consequent
unreliability), to remove duplicates for example.
So far I have not found an option to Remove Duplicate Emails in 2007. Is it
there somehwere and I just have not found it.

What about Auto BCC to quietly copy to all on my network? Do I have to
employ 3rd party software for that?

Finally, I was very happy with Autotext on 2003 and used it extensively.
The 2007 Quick Parts is extremely cumbersome. Is it possible to run 2003
Autotext in 2007

Many thanks

1. no. you need a 3rd party tool to remove duplicates. Outlook doesn't
include something to delete them because you shouldn't have duplicates.
2. you need vba or a 3rd party tool to add BCC to all outgoing messages.
3. no, you can't use outlook 2003's autotext with outlook 2007.

Accepting that the 2003 Auto Text is not available in my new Outlook 2007
I followed the contextual instructions and input about a dozen snippets or
part messages to be recalled and insterted into a new email as required. I
understood that the saved snippets would be available in something called
Quick Parts Gallery but I cannot find a Gallery nor any other place where my
snippets are residing. I tried again with the same results.

I am using Vista and a trial version of Office 2007 and would appreciate any
help.
