Removing Extra White Space Below Subform

Hello,

I have a short main form and a long subform. The subform only displays the
first few inches and makes me scroll to see the majority of the rest of the
subform. There is a lot of white space below the subform, but I can't figure
out how to make use of it so I don't have to use the scrollbar so much.

Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks Bob and I'm sure your answer is correct but I must be missing
something here. When I open up the main form and click on Design View, I go
down to the subform and lengthen the box that holds the subform. It doesn't
change anything in the form view though because my subform is still way too
short with a lot of white space. What am I missing here?

Never mind. I had too much space in the footer, that was the problem.
