About 4000 Task
I am working in MS Office Outlook '2007 on a XP Tablet. I am not on a Server.
I am a Construction Project Manager, I use "TASK" to keep a list of all task
on my projects (About 4000 Task). The majority of the tasks are then assigned
to subcontractors to perform the work. I FLAG some TASK for FOLLOW UP, so
they will show up on MY TO DO LIST, prompting me that this item requires my
attention. Later I would like to remove the flag so the task will only show
up on the regular TASK LIST, which I use to monitor progress on each project
& to review outstanding task with sub-contractors.
Unfortunately, I have not found an option to REMOVE FLAG on a TASK short of
marking the task complete, which does not allow me to retain a complete list
of task on each project.
Does anyone have a suggestion that might allow me to Removing follow up
Flags from Task without marking the task complete or another method to
organize these tasks?
